Tooig®, the Tooig tree mark, Rig, associated product names, and their visual identities are marks of Tooig Ltd. They may not be used in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without written permission.

Copyright and permitted use.

Unless stated otherwise, site copy, illustrations, product imagery, interface designs, and original materials are protected by copyright. You may link to public pages and quote short portions with clear attribution. Reproduction, resale, or redistribution of substantial material requires permission.

Preview status.

Rig is presented as a research preview. Preview dates, features, access, availability, and interface details may change as the product is tested. A research-preview registration is not a purchase, investment, or guarantee of access.

Saving a payment method is a no-charge reservation step. Paid access begins only if Tooig later grants access and completes the authorised US$30 monthly charge.

Payment authorisation and refunds.

The research-preview form authorises a US$30 monthly charge until cancellation. Billing begins only after Rig launches and the applicant is granted access. Tooig does not store the full card number or security code; its payment partner tokenises the payment method and returns a provider reference. The authorisation may be withdrawn before billing begins by contacting support@tooig.com from the registration email.

Payments are non-refundable after processing and delivery of the relevant access period, and cancellation does not create a prorated refund, except where applicable law requires otherwise or Tooig approves a refund in its sole discretion. Claims concerning an unauthorised, duplicate, or incorrectly processed charge will be reviewed without limiting non-waivable legal rights.
