The terms for using Tooig.

Agreement and product terms.

By using a covered service, you agree to these terms. A product may have additional terms shown before use. If product-specific terms conflict with these terms, the product-specific terms govern that product to the extent of the conflict.

Eligibility.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and use the service under applicable law. If you use Tooig for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

Accounts and access.

Keep account credentials confidential, provide accurate information, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Research-preview registration does not guarantee admission, timing, availability, or a particular product feature.

Research-preview payment authorisation.

The Rig research preview lets eligible applicants learn, build, and test up to five times more playbooks than the standard plan. Rig costs US$30 per month until cancellation. Access is subject to invitation and availability.

Submitting payment details does not create a charge. Our payment partner tokenises the payment method, and Tooig stores only the returned provider references and limited card metadata. By selecting the authorisation box and submitting the form, you expressly authorise Tooig to charge US$30 per month until cancellation. Billing may begin only after Rig has launched and your access has been granted. If either condition is not met, no charge is due.

You may withdraw this authorisation before billing begins by contacting support@tooig.com from the email used to join. After access begins, you may cancel future renewals through the cancellation method made available with the service or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise. A saved payment method does not guarantee an invitation, launch date, or access.

Payments are non-refundable after they are completed and the relevant access period has been made available, except where applicable law requires a refund or Tooig decides otherwise in its sole discretion. No partial or prorated refund is due for cancellation during a billing period. Nothing in this paragraph limits any non-waivable consumer right, including a right concerning an unauthorised, duplicate, or incorrectly processed payment.

Acceptable use.

You may not use a Tooig service to:

• Break the law, violate another person’s rights, or facilitate fraud or abuse.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass service security or access controls.
• Introduce malicious code, scrape the service at unreasonable scale, or misrepresent automated activity as human activity.
• Reverse engineer protected portions of a service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Use outputs or community material as a promise of financial performance.

Market information is educational.

Rig and related material are designed for learning and research. They do not constitute investment, brokerage, legal, accounting, or tax advice; do not guarantee accuracy or returns; and do not remove your responsibility for a financial decision.

Your content and feedback.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Tooig the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and secure it for the service you requested. If you send product feedback, we may use it without an obligation to compensate you, while respecting confidential information and applicable law.

Tooig’s materials.

The services, software, designs, names, logos, and original materials are owned by Tooig or its licensors. These terms give you permission to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Previews, changes, and availability.

Preview services may be incomplete, change without notice, or be withdrawn. We may update, suspend, or restrict a service to protect users, comply with law, or maintain the product. We will use reasonable care in communicating material changes when circumstances allow.

Warranties and responsibility.

To the extent permitted by law, services are provided on an “as available” basis. Tooig does not promise uninterrupted operation, that every error will be corrected, or that information will be suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Ending use and changes to terms.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for a material breach, legal requirement, security risk, or service closure. We may update these terms, and will identify the revision date and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
